How do custom orders work?

If you have an event/ festival coming up or just have a dreamy outfit in mind - then I’m your girl! All custom orders are made using secondhand materials that I will go out and source after each consultation for a custom order. Inspo photos are my bestfriend so the more references you have then the easier my job will be! See my full custom process further down the page.

• Custom orders are made through Instagram Direct Message. To enquire about a custom order or a design you have in mind then simply DM "Custom order" and you will receive a response within the same day.

• Custom slots will be limited each week on a first come first serve basis.

• Please note your order is not confirmed until full payment at the end of our discussion has been completed. If payment is not made within a few hours of finalising your design then I will unfortunately have to offer your custom slot to someone else. This is due to high demand.

• Please allow 21 days for your order to be made and sent. International orders may take slightly longer. If you need your order sooner then you can choose to pay a rush fee on top of the final cost.

• Pricing varies depending on design type, fabric selection, extra design features etc. It is possible to discuss affordable options. At the beginning of our discussion I will send over basic rates for my prices. Custom order prices start from £90 - this includes my time, material sourcing, design, consultation/discussion and making the order.

 

Custom order process in 5 steps

1. Send over 5-8 inspo pics OR as many pics as possible, these can be from Pinterest etc. The more reference pics you have the easier it will be for me to understand your vision! These can be references to the colour, prints, textures, design features, shape, overall fit etc.          

4. Gather your body measurements.

5. Finalise your design & confirm with payment.

Within 21 days you will have received your dream handmade, one of a kind garment!
